We believe our emphasis on our various Grace Groups is very important to the life and health of our church. They are our small group ministry. Our Sunday morning time, though important for worship, fellowship, and personal growth, does not really provide the time we need to be with one another in the more personal and intimate settings of the small group.  For us to really connect and care for one another, the small groups provide the unique setting for this to happen.

The Grace Groups are also established by geography so that we can more easily minister to those closest to where we live.  Each member or regular attendee of Fellowship of Grace is requested to participate in the monthly meetings of his or her Grace Group.  Each group is led by one of our Elders for the purposes of shepherding and oversight.  As individuals have questions and needs, their elder is the first one they should contact.  He, in turn, will provide guidance and counsel.
